Facts and opinions
Facts are tied to a source, UI observation, workflow check, screenshot, API response or calculation. They carry a scope and review date in the fact registry. Opinions are editorial judgments. “I would wait for a better entry” is an opinion. “The current BTC deposit UI displayed Lightning” is an observed fact.
Legal classification is not editorial preference. We can disagree with a regulator’s framing of prediction markets while reporting its position and the practical result accurately.
Sources and testing
Official documentation is raw material, not the final article. We compare it with the product when possible. A source may be incomplete, stale or in conflict with another official source. We do not convert missing documentation into “not available.” Important sources appear in compact source sections rather than as exit links scattered through every paragraph.
Commercial independence
Affiliate relationship does not equal verdict. A commercial link, if used, does not buy a favorable review or remove a criticism. We do not recommend geographic workarounds, and we do not perform financial actions for research.
